The SMT PCB Buffer is used as a buffer between the AOI and SMT machines, with three modes: LIFO, FIFO, and Pass-through.

This device ( PCB Buffer online SMT Buffer) can cache AOI or SPI and other testing machines out of the NG and OK board, the OK board will flow to the next process, and the NG board will flow to the upper conveyor to wait for manual confirmation. Transmission with a durable roller (no need to replace the belt). Small machine footprint. Fast, smooth, and accurate retrieval positions. Parallel and smooth width adjustment (lead screw). Three operation modes: FIFO.LIFO, and Pass-through. Compatible SMEMA interface.
PCB Buffer has a modular design and optional assembly as per the client’s requirement. It has a rugged steel design that improves equipment stability. It also has top and bottom pneumatic clamps to secure the magazine rack. Not only that, but PCB Buffer also has a soft touch LED control panel or touch screen that can be selected.
