The HANWHA DECAN S2 is a high-speed, extremely precise SMT machine that can place 03015 components per second. It can handle the challenging, constantly evolving technologies of today. With several PCB transfer mechanisms, the DECAN series models may work with a variety of components and maximize productivity.

A new model in Hanwha’s DECAN line, the DECAN S2, was created in response to the demand for machines that are more precise and repeatable as a result of today’s technology being smaller and more compact. Also, 03015 components can be placed with a placement accuracy of 25@3/QFP and 28@3/03015 Chip.

The conveyor option upgrades, which enable the placement of PCBs up to 1200mm x 460mm, are another development (optional) that ensures the flexibility of the conveyor and the applicability of components. It optimizes the motion sequence to cut down on production time. It improves the detection of odd-shaped objects by using a 3D lighting system.
