Spray mechanism:

The wire is highly flexible wire to avoid long-term operation and breakage.

Welding mechanism:

 

The same steel base plate is reliable, stable, surface phosphating, durable, and not painted off.

The guide rail adopts a silver guide rail, and the screw adopts a silver wire rod for quality assurance.

The inner tank of the tin furnace is made of titanium alloy, and the external heating plate has uniform heat transfer.

Nitrogen in-line heating device isolates the air and reduces oxidation while preventing the PCB from cold welding during the soldering process.

The peaks are controlled by closed-loop servo
